Glowdex offers cosmetic photo estimates and AI guidance, not medical advice. Subscription billing, photo use, and other terms are explained below. This summary is for convenience; the sections that follow are the terms.
Agreement
By using Glowdex, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Age and permission
You must be at least 13 years old to use Glowdex. If you are under 18, you may use it only with permission from a parent or guardian, who agrees to these terms on your behalf.
Cosmetic estimates and AI guidance
Glowdex analyzes photos to provide cosmetic estimates and scores. Results can vary with lighting, image quality, angle, and other conditions. They are not a diagnosis or a substitute for professional medical advice.
AI responses, including Ask Glow, can be wrong. Do not rely on them to assess or treat a health condition. For a painful, spreading, or otherwise worrying skin concern, speak with a doctor or pharmacist.
Subscriptions and billing
Glowdex offers a weekly subscription or an annual subscription with a 3-day free trial. Available options and prices are shown by Apple before you confirm a purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. A trial becomes a paid subscription at the price shown at sign-up unless you cancel before the trial ends. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period or trial ends. Manage or cancel in your device Settings under your name, then Subscriptions. Apple handles billing and refund requests under its policies. See Apple’s instructions for canceling a subscription and requesting a refund.
Invite offer
Invite three friends who each complete a first scan, and receive seven days of access. This reward is available once per person, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash. We may change or end the programme. Abuse of the programme voids the reward.
Using Glowdex responsibly
Only submit photos you have the right and consent to use. Do not submit another person’s photo without their consent, or use Glowdex for anyone under 13. Do not reverse engineer, disrupt, misuse, or try to gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems.
Your photos and content
You retain ownership of photos you submit. You give us a limited license to handle and process those photos only as needed to provide the Glowdex service.
Glowdex intellectual property
Glowdex and its app content, features, and branding are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms give you permission to use the app for personal use; they do not transfer ownership of Glowdex or its materials to you.
Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Glowdex is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or a particular cosmetic result. AI output and photo-based scores can be inaccurate.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or overrides your mandatory consumer rights.
Ending use
You may stop using Glowdex at any time. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly violate these terms or misuse the service.
Stopping use or deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. You must cancel separately through Apple.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms in the app or on the site. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [[COUNTRY]], subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
