Is my photo stored?
Your photo is analyzed, then not stored on our servers. A copy stays on your phone, and you can delete it in Glowdex Settings > Delete my photos. Read our privacy policy for details about processing.
Who is Glowdex for?
Glowdex is for ages 13 and up, with an age gate in the app. If you’re under 18, you need a parent or guardian’s permission.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Open iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Glowdex. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your trial or subscription period to avoid renewal. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
Does it work on Android?
Not yet. Glowdex is an iPhone app.
