No accounts or email sign-up. Most data stays on your phone. Photos are analyzed, then not stored on our servers. You can delete the copy on your phone in Settings.

Your photos and on-device data
You do not need an account or an email sign-up. Most Glowdex data lives on your phone.
When you request a scan, your photo is processed to produce cosmetic insights. Your photo is analyzed, then not stored on our servers. A copy stays on your phone. You can delete your photos at any time in Glowdex Settings > Delete my photos.
AI analysis and Ask Glow
We use OpenAI to provide AI analysis and Ask Glow. These services are used at request time. Ask Glow uses your own scan and routine to answer your questions. Under OpenAI’s API terms, API data is not used to train its models.
Our statement that photos are not stored on our servers does not mean that every processor has no retention. Provider processing is subject to the applicable provider terms.

The app uses the following processors and service providers for the purposes listed:

This website
This marketing website uses no cookies, tracking scripts, external fonts, or content delivery libraries. The app’s anonymous product analytics are separate from this website.
Children
Glowdex is for people aged 13 and up and has an in-app age gate. We do not knowingly collect more than described in this policy from anyone younger than 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided data to Glowdex, contact us so we can help delete it.
Your rights and deletion
Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR, UK GDPR, or California privacy laws may give you rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, and other rights such as restriction, objection, or portability where applicable. You may also have the right to contact your local data protection authority.
Because we have no accounts and keep almost nothing server-side, most data can be deleted by deleting the app or using Settings > Delete my photos. For anything else, including access or deletion requests, email nathanielfiska@gmail.com. Tell us enough about your request to help us identify any relevant data.
Deleting the app or your photos does not cancel an Apple subscription. Manage your subscription in iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions.
